Will the changeover to Complete Scrub be smooth?
Yes. We plan thoroughly with the client and comply with all appropriate policies. The only difference you will notice is the obvious improvement in service and standards.


What are your hourly rates?
We do not have a fixed hourly rate. All jobs are priced according to task—whether retail service, commercial service, building cleaning or a one-time clean—and equipment and materials used. We do, however, try to ensure that clients save a percentage of what they’re currently paying for maintenance—sometimes as high as 20 percent.


Do you supply everything required?
Yes, we supply all labor, equipment, machinery and materials required to complete the task within the agreed price. We can also supply all consumables such as toilet rolls, hand towels, refuse sacks, bin liners, and more—ensuring that your building is well supplied and stays clean.


How do we pay you?
All customers are invoiced monthly and given a standard invoice payment term based on the agreed contract type. This will be done either by check, ACH or any major credit card.


Is your staff vetted?
We request employer references and perform background checks on all our employees. These efforts are taken to keep your facility safe and provide you with well-rounded, experienced cleaners.


Do all cleaners receive training and development?
All cleaners receive comprehensive training in managing the sites they are allocated. They also receive in-house and on-site training for completing assigned duties. All Health and Safety issues, as well as company policies, are covered in their initial inductions.


Will we always have the same cleaner?
Yes. We like to maintain continuity, as this helps build a healthy rapport and trust with our clients.


How often do you clean?
That’s your call. We can clean daily, once, twice or even three times a week. The goal is to deliver the quality and consistency that your company requires.


What time do you arrive?
Mornings, afternoons or evenings—it’s up to you! Our schedule can be tailored to your convenience.


Are you fully insured?
Absolutely. We have comprehensive insurance coverage, which, among other things, covers General Liability, Employers Liability and Workers’ Compensation.


Are we issued a cleaning contract?
Yes, contracts are signed before starting any work or opening an account. This will be stipulated by each client according to their needs (month-to-month, yearly, every three years, or every five years in some cases).


Can we contact you outside office hours in case of an emergency?
Yes. You will be given a hot-line number so that we can help you with any emergencies at any time of the day. Have a cleaning emergency at 2:00 a.m. on a Monday? Just call, and we’ll be there to help.
